Chakras are Entry Gates of the Aura.

Within the physical body resides a body double, a spiritual body, that contains the Chakras.

Chakras are our energy centers. They are the openings for life energy to flow into and out of our

aura. Their function is to vitalize the physical body and to bring about the development of our

self-consciousness. They are associated with our physical, mental and emotional interactions.

Reiki addresses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances. This healing art is an effective delivery system. The Reiki practitioner serves as a vessel that supplies healing energies where they are most needed.

Itsukushima Shrine

Built on an axis with the sea-facing shrine, the gate serves to welcome spirits of the departed as they come in across the water of Japan's Inland Sea. At low tide, visitors walk around the great columns of the structure, measuring its great size against the human body. At high tide, the rugged vermillion gateway seems to float in the waves around it, a gateway for boats, or for spirits indeed.

A famous story about the North Star is the Native American myth explaining why the North Star stands still. In this story, a brave son Na-Gah tried to impress his father by climbing the tallest cliff he could find. Through difficult conditions he persisted until he found himself at the top of a very high mountain. The mountain was so tall that Na-Gah looked down on all the other mountains. Unfortunately, there was no way down. When his father came looking for him, he found Na-Gah stuck high above. Not wanting his son to suffer for his bravery, he turned Na-Gah into a star that can be seen and honored by all living things.

The North Star has historically been used for navigation. It has been used by those who had lost their way to find back. A common simile in literature is "steady" as the North Star." This is because the star does not seem to move.

The World-Healer mandala was begun on the afternoon of September 11, 2001. It is an empowerment piece for those who wish to act as world-healers. Such work is about dispelling/transmuting that which is destructive as well as invoking/co-creating that which supports life. Don't think away your feelings

We analyze, rationalize and explain them away so quickly that we don’t actually experience them. Learn to honor your emotions at all times by being willing to feel them. This circle represents a circle of Spirits joined in prayer, standing around a healing light. Half are in body and the other half are in Spirit. We have joined hands, forming a bridge between the two worlds. Hi NorthStars,

We have a few events, some new members :), and some new groups. Wander around and find what resonates with you!

We've shared in the 11.11.11 and while many are still releasing, the new energy of moving forward has a short window. Mercury retrograde beings the end of November and will be direct on Dec.13th. We are also having a full moon at that same time. Check the astrology group for more insight about our planets.

Many healings, cutting cords, karma release on the forum last month, and I am sending heartfelt appreciation for your support and love that you have sent and send to others. A special hug with love to  all NorthStars who are always there for each other. It has been a hard time for many and the support that you all give is truly a blessing to all. Thank you for being there for those in need. You are so loved.

A new project is underway. A home for NorthStar Healing Center. I have been working on this project  and hope that you will all join in in asking the Universe to help with this. Send out your blessings with me.

Raphael Our Archangel
Meaning - "Healing power of God", "The Divine has healed", "God heals"
Hebrew word rapha means "doctor" or "healer". Raphael is a powerful healer and assists with all forms of healing - humans and animals. He helps to rapidly heal body, mind and spirit if called upon. You may call upon Raphael in behalf of someone else, but he can't interfere with that person's free will. If they refuse spiritual treatment, it can't be forced.

Part of Raphael's healing work involves spirit releasement and space clearing.

As well as a healer, Raphael is known as the "Patron of Travelers" because of his help with Tobias and his travels. Call upon Raphael when you are traveling, to assure safe travel. In addition, he assures that all your transportation, lodging and luggage details go miraculously well. Raphael also helps with inward spiritual journeys, assisting in searches for truth and guidance.

Raphael taught Tobias how to make balms and ointments from a fish which cured Tobias' father blindness. Raphael can be called upon to help healers such as doctors, therapist and surgeons. Call on Raphael if you're a student entering the healing field and you're looking for the right school and/or are in need of help with studies, as well as getting the time and money for school. He also assists with establishing healing practices when your schooling is finished. Raphael not only helps you to heal from physical, emotional and mental pain, he also heals wounds from past lives.

Other areas Raphael helps with is finding lost pets, reducing and eliminating addictions and cravings, clairvoyance, bringing unity to your life, if you feel out of touch with your spirituality, if you've lost a partner and/or your soul/body doesn't feel "whole".

This wonderful light being is with me during healings, and when I call upon Him.

THE TREE OF LIFE The basis of this practice is the realignment of the Tree of Life, as described more than 500 years ago.It is a symbolic way of looking at the body’s energies through 4 simultaneously existing holographic worlds: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. The 10 spherot that make up the Tree of Life exist in relationship to one another and to the four worlds. In order to realign and balance the Tree, the healer sets up a relationship in her own Tree that reconnects and balances whatever has been ascertained to be out of balance in the client. The client’s Tree becomes balanced as a result of its attunement with these energies in the healer. The healer does not control or direct the outcome of the process and actually experiences a healing in her own Tree as a result. She creates the space, the vessel, in which the client’s Tree can return to a state of wholeness and balance. She asks for the client’s greatest good to be realized through the process.
